Scrubbers : We build custom scrubbers from chemical-resistant plastics such as PP-H and PE, PP, PVDF, supplied by AGRU.
In chemical plants, exhaust gases often contain aggressive substances like hydrogen bromide, sodium hydroxide, and sulfuric acid. Before release, these gases must be purified. While traditional steel scrubbers with rubber linings degrade quickly, our ECTFE-based designs provide long-lasting, cost-effective protection.
Why choose ECTFE scrubbers?
– Resistant to alkaline solutions (NaOH) and even 98% sulfuric acid at 60 °C.
– Handles extreme temperatures: -200 °C to +260 °C.
– Non-stick, smooth surfaces reduce fouling and simplify cleaning.

– Lower lifetime cost with reduced maintenance and repair needs.
– Other fluoroplastics such as PVDF, FEP, and PFA are also available for the toughest environments.
Galvanizing Plants: Galvanizing processes produce both acidic and basic waste. PE 100 tanks are the ideal solution, offering corrosion resistance and options such as manholes, nozzles, and flanges
Metal Finishing Plants
We specialize in PP-H tanks for aggressive solutions used in finishing processes:
– Aluminum sulfate storage – safe at up to 60 °C in PP-H tanks.
– Steel pickling – grey PP-H tanks handle 20% hydrochloric acid at 70 °C.
– Hydrochloric acid solutions – PE 100 tanks withstand 5% HCl at 40 °C.
All tanks can be customized with hatches, flanges, seals, lifting points, and CNC-welded parts.
Pontoons & Buoys We manufacture pontoons and buoys in custom sizes, using UV-resistant PE or PP.

Water Sports Parks
In wake parks and snow parks, surfaces must be slippery, durable, and weather-resistant. Our specially engineered plastics provide:

Hot Tubs & Pools
Our pools and tubs are built from UV-resistant polypropylene for year-round use.

– Hot tubs – safe, non-toxic polypropylene tubs, usually 1 m high with built-in benches. Can be placed above ground with wood paneling or installed in-ground with insulation. Heated by stainless steel stoves (internal or external), they reach +37 °C in 3–4 hour
Biofilters: We manufacture biogas filters for landfill sites, made from electrically conductive polyethylene (PE-EL). These passive biofilters, filled with biologically active bark mulch, clean landfill gas in an environmentally friendly way.
